DUBLIN GUINNESS PRIVATE TOUR (3 HOURS)

Dublin Guinness Private Tour - Famous Guinness Gate in Dublin
Guinness Brewery Gate famous for lots of Guinness Ads as seen on Dublin Guinness Private Tour

On this Tour we give you the full Guinness experience in Dublin!

The Tour starts at the location of where Arthur Guinness and Olivia Whitmore got married in 1761.

We then slowly traverse our way through Dublin’s streets stopping along the way to discuss all the relevant things in Dublin to the Guinness family and the Guinness brand which includes:

  • Location of Arthur Guinness & Olivia Whitmore’s marriage and discussing the interesting history regarding their relationship
  • Learning about symbols in Dublin that relate to which Pubs serve the best quality Guinness
  • Visiting the location where the Guinness would be getting transported all over the rest of Ireland and to foreign shores
  • Stopping outside the actual Guinness Brewery and learning all about its interesting history
  • Learning all about the history of the interesting buildings close to the Guinness Storehouse that are still in the Guinness family ownership and their huge impact on Irish society even to this day
  • The connection of the Guinness brand to what would have been the thriving Whiskey production in the same area of Dublin historically, explaining how the Whiskey production became decimated while the Guinness production exploded.

In the middle of this walk of circa 1 hour we take a nice relaxing stop in Dublin’s oldest pub, dating back to 1198, where we can have a drink of the black stuff or whatever else tickles your fancy!

To top off the Tour we then finish the Tour with a Guided Tour of the Guinness Storehouse attraction itself with me as your personal Guide so you get to experience the Guinness Storehouse in its best light.

The Guinness Storehouse to all others who enter is a self guided attraction and in my experience the biggest disappointment for Tourists there is not been afforded a Guided visit of the attraction to explain all the relevant things inside.
