WELCOME TO DUBLIN PRIVATE TOUR!

My name is James Hanby and I have been working full time in Dublin City as a Professional Tour Guide since February 2013. Having received in excess of 1,000 Five Star Reviews, I am comfortable to call myself one of Dublin’s most experienced City Tour Guides.

Up to recently, I was working freelance as a Guide for different companies but from August 2025 I have decided to just offer Private Tours in Dublin.

I genuinely care about what I offer to Guests and my main objectives are to make sure each Guest on my Tour not only obtains the best experience when in Dublin but they also get to learn about what is the authentic Dublin.

That’s why the Tour offering with Dublin Private Tour is a mix of three different types of Private Tours.

We offer the main Dublin City Sightseeing Tours for those who want to make sure they see all the main sights of Dublin and get a good historical overview in a Private Tour.

We offer Recreational Tours of Dublin for those who want to relax a little, have proper down time but also mix that with a little history and culture as well.

Lastly, we offer Unique Dublin City Tours for those who want to see and experience something a little different from the norm when visiting.

The Unique Dublin City Tours, in my opinion, enable the guests to obtain the real Dublin experience.

It is also important to clarify that I will be your point of contact through all correspondence before, during and after the Tour.

And more importantly I guarantee that I will be your Guide!
